Quote The Radiance Foundation: Well. That didn’t last long. Latest#PlannedParenthood president’s job gets aborted; fired in secret meeting because she’s not…pro-abortion enough! How did all that shilling work out for ya, Dr. Leana Wen? She wanted the abortion giant to be more medical. They want to be political. They’ve ALWAYS been political…and corrupt. SJR 12 passed the WV Legislature today! WV voters will now have their say in next election! If the voters of the state want to stop taxpayer funding of elective abortions (which have totaled almost $10,000,000.00 for some 35,000 abortions), this constitutional amendment is the only way to get it done. Anything less than a constitutional amendment will allow the matter to continue to elude us, because the horrific Panepinto opinion by the WV Supreme Court has effectively taken the issue out of our elected officials’ hands. Pro-Life voters in Harrison County: Take note that Delegates Iaquinta and Miley both voted against the Pro-Life SJR 12 Amendment to stop taxpayer funding of elective abortions in WV! …

A couple of years ago, the pro-life organization in which I serve as a volunteer, West Virginians For Life (the statewide affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee) distributed a mailer regarding a then-upcoming election. Come in car pools, vans and busses!  Please join West Virginians for Life in traveling to Charleston on Tuesday, February 11, for the annual Pro-Life Rally and Day at the Legislature.  The day’s events last from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and include special music and a Prayer Walk through the Capitol following the main rally at noon. This year’s rally is more important than ever given that West Virginians DO NOT want abortion coverage included in the new WV Health Care Exchange.  Abortion is NOT health care.  It takes the life of a defenseless unborn baby.
